The Experience, Explained

Everything you need to know whether it’s your first class or your hundredth - and a few things you didn’t know you needed.

Getting Started

New here? Start here.

Everything you need to know before your first class—from what to wear to what to expect. If you’re feeling a little unsure, this is your section.

  • 1000%. Most of our clients start exactly where you are.

Our classes are designed to be beginner-friendly while still giving you a challenge as you grow. We’ll guide you through everything—how the reformer works, where to stand, what to do—no guessing required.

You don’t need experience, you just need to show up!

  • If it’s your first time, we recommend starting with Form & Flow or Signature Reformer.

Form & Flow breaks things down a bit more and helps you build confidence with the basics. Signature is our all-levels class and a great intro if you’re ready to jump in.

If you’re unsure, just book—we’ve got you either way.

  • Think: something you can move, stretch, and feel good in.

Leggings, biker shorts, tanks, tees—whatever makes you feel comfortable and supported.

Grip socks are required for safety (and honestly, they just make everything better). If you don’t have a pair yet, we’ve got you in studio.

  • Just yourself, some water, gripy socks, and an open mind!

We’ll take care of the rest.

  • We have 3 parking spots available directly in front of the studio.

If those spots are taken we kindly ask that you do not park in front of the stair, in the parking spots to the right side of the studio, or in front of the other small businesses along our street.

There are several larger parking lots along both sides that can be utilized for parking.

We appreciate your help and support as we work with surrounding small businesses!

HxH Class Experience

What it actually feels like to be in the room.

From your first rep to your first shaky legs—here’s what you can expect once class starts (and how we’ll support you through it).

  • Expect a warm welcome, a quick intro to the reformer, and a class that meets you where you are.

We’ll guide you through each movement, offer hands-on corrections when needed, and make sure you feel supported the entire time.

Also… expect your legs to shake a little. That’s normal. We love that for you.

  • We recommend arriving about 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first class.

This gives us time to get you checked in, show you around, and walk you through your reformer before class starts.

  • We allow a 10-minute grace period, but after that, you’ll be marked as a no-show and won’t be able to join class.

It’s for your safety and to keep the flow of class uninterrupted.

If you are running late, please do not hesitate to reach out to us by calling, email, or DM.

We understand things happen (weather, life, family) so just reach out!

  • Probably, yes … in the best way! Reformer Pilates works muscles you don’t always use, so a little soreness is totally normal—especially at the beginning.

Give it a few sessions and your body will start to feel stronger (and a little less personally attacked).

Membership + Booking

The details, made simple.

How to book, how credits work, and what to choose based on your routine. No confusion, no surprises.

  • You can book directly through our website or booking app (Walla).

Once you create an account, you’ll be able to view the schedule, reserve your spot, and manage your classes all in one place.

  • Yes! You can book a single class or choose from one of our class packs or memberships depending on what works best for you.

  • Classes do not rollover—this helps keep classes available and fair for everyone.

We recommend choosing a plan that fits your schedule so you can get the most out of your classes.

  • Memberships require a 30-day notice before your next billing cycle.

They auto-renew, so if you’re planning to make a change, just give us a heads up in advance.

Studio & Community

More than just a workout.

What makes HxH different—from our class vibe to the community we’re building inside (and outside) the studio.

We keep our classes small and intentional so you feel seen, supported, and never lost in the room. Expect a mix of grounding energy, a little push when you need it, and a vibe that shifts from calm mornings to high-energy evenings.

It’s structured, but never stiff. Challenging, but never intimidating.

  • We keep things small, intentional, and personal.

With limited reformers, you’re never just another spot in the room—you’re coached, encouraged, and actually known.

Our classes blend structure and flow, strength and softness. Mornings feel grounding and reset-focused, while evenings bring more energy and a little bit of that “we made it through the day” vibe.

It’s challenging, but never intimidating. And you’re never expected to be perfect—just present.

  • There’s something different about moving in a room full of people doing it with you.

Group classes bring energy, accountability, and a sense of shared experience that makes you push just a little further (in the best way).

You’ll be guided the entire time, with options to modify or level up—so you’re never left behind, but always growing.

  • Yes—and this is one of our favorite parts!

We host member events, pop-ups, and seasonal experiences designed to bring people together outside of class. Think wellness nights, themed gatherings, and little moments that make the studio feel like more than just a place you work out.

Some are included with membership, some are special sign-ups—but all are about connection.

  • It depends on when you come—but it always feels like HxH.

Mornings are slower, grounding, and intentional. Evenings bring more energy, a little more music, and a “we’re doing this together” kind of feel.

You’ll walk into a space that feels warm, welcoming, and just the right amount of elevated—with instructors who know your name and a room that feels like yours.

  • Follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop!

That’s where we share schedule updates, events, merch drops, and all the fun things happening in and around the studio.
