HxH Studio Policies
At HxH, everything we do is designed to create a space that feels good to walk into and even better to move in.
These policies help us keep classes running smoothly, safely, and fairly for everyone.
-
To ensure a safe and uninterrupted class experience:
Doors close 10 minutes after class begins. If you arrive after that, we won’t be able to have you join, and it will be treated as a no-show (including applicable fees and loss of credit).
This helps us keep class flow consistent and safe for everyone in the room.
Arrival policy is subject to change based on studio discretion based on weather, emergencies, etc.
-
We know plans change—just give us a heads up when you can.
Cancel within 12 hours of class → $10 fee
No-show → $20 fee + loss of class credit
This allows us to open spots for waitlisted clients and keep things moving fairly.
-
Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene.
Guests
If a guest does not have a pair of grip socks, they will be provided a pair by the studio.

Please help us follow a few simple guidelines to help keep the HxH space clean and focused:
No children in the studio - for the safety of themselves and others
No food or gum during class - for your safety and the cleanliness of the studio
Please refrain from coming to class if you are sick - help us prevent the spread of illness
-
Memberships are auto-renewing and require a minimum of one billing cycle. We require a 30-day notice for cancellations. If notice isn’t received in time, the next billing cycle will be charged.
We understand unexpected events can happen, please reach out to us if there is a unique circumstance that would prevent a 30-day notice.
-
Pre-booking is available for members who want to stay consistent with their routine and have found dates and times that work best for them.
We’re happy to reserve recurring weekly classes (for example, the same class each week). At this time, we’re not able to accommodate rotating or week-to-week custom booking schedules.
-
Please reach out to us if you are dealing with a major injury prior to coming to class so we can work with you on the best path moving forward and ensure our instructors are equipped to accommodate where needed.
If you have a minor injury, let your instructor know before class so we can support you safely. All participation and movement guidance is at the instructor’s discretion.
We love that you want to come to class, but we also want to be intentional and safe with our movements.
